Hampton Cove Animal Hospital was founded in 1995 by Dr. Charles Horton. Dr. Horton practiced progressive veterinary medicine and was one of only a few veterinarians in Madison County to value and staff a Licensed Veterinary Technician. Dr. Chris Herring purchased HCAH in December of 1998 and has not only continued that legacy of progressive medicine but has taken it to the next level. Dr. Herring has always held a core belief that excellence is worth the extra effort. He wants nothing but the best for your pet and accepts nothing but the best from our staff. Though HCAH has grown considerably through the years our mission has stayed the same - Thorough Medicine, Compassionate Care and Excellent Service.
